Spinach Salad

1 lb fresh spinach
½ cup olive oil
½ cup vinegar
dash of pepper
dash of salt
dash of peppermill grind
1 egg, coddled
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 slices hot bacon, diced
¼ cup croutons
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 large fresh mushrooms sliced


Wash spinach thoroughly dry or use pre washed page spinach, place in a large bowl. Add oil and vinegar and toss. Add garlic power, salt, pepper, and toss gently. Add coddled egg and toss again. Add Parmesan cheese, diced bacon, croutons, Worcestershire sauce, and toss a final time, Garnish with sliced mushrooms. Serves 6.
