Spinach & Strawberry Salad
12 cups Classic Salads Baby Spinach
2 pints strawberries
1 wedge Maytag Bleu cheese
Strawberry or Raspberry Vinaigrette (found in most grocery stores)
Fresh cracked pepper
Wash and dry Classic Salads Baby Spinach. Remove hulls from strawberries and dice the fruit. Using two forks, gently chop off nuggets of bleu cheese from the wedge.
Toss the baby spinach with strawberry or raspberry vinaigrette. Add diced strawberries and blue cheese, and toss again.
Arrange the salads on individual plates, then sprinkle with coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper.
