Successful growing of spring mix and baby spinach led to the creation of Classic Baby Vegetables (CBV) to meet the high demand for these products. |

Classic Salads, LLC was formed to process spring mix and baby spinach

Classic Salads, LLC launched its retail line of spring mix and expanded its product line.
